Our loans are typically short-term, ranging from 0 to 12 months, designed to match the lifecycle of a fix-and-flip or construction project. This prevents you from being locked into long-term liabilities or unnecessary interest.
If the deal hits the right marks, we can fund up to 100% of the purchase price and 100% of the rehab costs (up to 70% of the After-Repair Value, or ARV). For New Construction, we offer up to 90% of construction costs and 75% of ARV.
